We process the personal data provided by data subjects in order to manage the subscribed contractual relationship and provide interested parties with information about Zabia’s services or any updates that may be of interest through a monthly newsletter.

The personal data provided will be retained during the validity period of the contractual relationship and will be deleted afterwards.
Upon deletion, the provided personal data will be securely blocked for the period established by law in order to address any responsibilities that may arise from the relationship between data subjects and Zabia. Subsequently, the data will be permanently deleted.

The legal basis for processing your data is the consent you provided when providing your data for newsletter delivery or contractual relationship management. Such processing is necessary for the execution of the contract in which you are a party.

The categories of data processed are:

– National identification number (DNI).
– Any other data necessary to provide professional services.
